Billions of bees visit our Pacific Northwest apple and cherry orchards every spring, gathering the sweet nectar and pollen resources for their colonies.
These busy bees pollinate our crops faithfully every year. We’ve spent years working directly with beekeepers across Montana, Washington, Oregon, and Northern California, bringing hives into orchards each spring and sending them back to pristine honey grounds for summertime honey production.
Real honey has depth, texture, and character.
It crystallizes. It changes with the seasons. It tastes like the land it comes from, and it’s the only honey we use in our kitchen. Now we want to share it with you.
At Kind Word Bee Company, we carefully curate our favorite Pacific Northwest varietal honeys by floral source. Each jar is traceable from hive to bottle and handled with care so the natural enzymes, pollen, and flavor remain intact. No shortcuts. No syrupy imposters. Just honest honey, the way bees make it. You can keep buying honey that looks perfect and tastes flat.
Or you can taste what honey is supposed to be.
