Is your honey really raw?

Yes. Always.

Our honey is never heated and never ultra-filtered. It’s only gently strained with cheesecloth to remove debris while keeping pollen, enzymes, and natural compounds intact.

Why does your honey look cloudy or crystallized?

Because it’s real.
Raw honey naturally crystallizes over time. Cloudiness and texture changes are signs of authenticity, not defects.

How do I decrystallize my honey?

Place the jar in warm water and stir occasionally.
Do not microwave or boil. Gentle warmth brings it back without damaging flavor or structure.

Is crystallized honey safe to eat?

Yes. Completely safe.
Crystallization does not affect quality, taste, or shelf life.

Where does your honey come from?

All of our honeys are sourced from the Pacific Northwest and Northern California. Each varietal comes from a specific floral source and region.

Is your honey blended?

No. Never.
Every jar is single-source honey from a specific floral bloom. We do not blend batches or origins.

Do you filter your honey at all?

Yes, gently.
We strain through cheesecloth only. No ultra-filtration. Pollen stays in.

Why does each batch taste slightly different?

Because nature isn’t consistent.
Weather, bloom timing, and region all influence flavor. That variation is the point.

How long does raw honey last?

Indefinitely.
Honey does not spoil when stored properly. Texture may change, but it remains safe and delicious.

How should I store my honey?

Room temperature, lid closed.
Avoid refrigeration. Heat and cold extremes speed up crystallization.

Is your honey organic?

We don’t chase labels.
Our honey comes from clean regions and responsible beekeeping practices. “Organic” certification is rare and often misleading in honey.

Is raw honey better for you?

Raw honey retains enzymes, antioxidants, and pollen that are destroyed by heat and ultra-filtration. We’ll let the ingredient speak for itself.

Can babies eat your honey?

No.
Like all honey, it should not be given to children under one year old.

Do you test your honey?

Yes.
We work with trusted beekeepers and test for quality, purity, and floral source integrity.

Is your honey imported?

No.
We do not carry imported honey. Ever.

Why is your honey more expensive than supermarket honey?

Because it’s not mass-produced.
